IBs at large want high commissions, timely payouts, a brand with credibility and ease of marketing to help them grow their business.We aren’t expecting these needs to change in 2021 however we are expecting a few things to be added to the list, such as flexibility, more customer support and most importantly trust. Here’s the breakdown as we see it:

High Commissions - Our expertise is working with experienced traders with an average FTD USD 50k, so our partners benefit from the experience we can offer in dealing with this caliber of trader. Which includes a better retention programme facilitating traders with the tools they need and keeping them trading stronger and longer with us which means ongoing and greater commissions for our partners.

Precise and Timely Payouts - Our back office reporting system and IB client area makes it easy for our partners to monitor if they are on the right earning track in reaching their monthly targets. They have peace of mind in knowing that payouts are calculated and executed automatically, so there is little room for error. This certainty of payment means that they can focus on bringing clients, rather than dealing with their admin.

Brand Credibility - With so many unregulated and untrustworthy brokers online, it can offer greater challenges for IBs to close new clients. At Finior, we offer our clients trust in our day-to-day operations. Additionally, we are one of the first brokers to receive an Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM) and Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) license. Additionally, our management are financial industry experts with a wealth of experience, so their reputation offers that added reassurance our IBs require when referring business.

Marketing Tools - When an IB partners with Finior, they will receive lead-generation marketing campaigns and personalized IB links to help them get started. We also go that extra mile by providing our partners with tailored online and offline marketing materials upon their request - including: branded banners, brochures and landing pages promoting specific tools or even economic calendar events. Additionally, IBs can request landing pages with an incorporated registration form for the campaigns that they would like to run.

Flexibility - The pandemic has brought change to the world and with it, a change in client needs for both the IBs and the clients they refer to us. We work closely with our partners to monitor those needs. There has been huge volatility in the markets due to the landscape uncertainty and traders are often changing their strategies which can sometimes play havoc on an IBs expected PnL, and so we have an open plain of communication with our partners to ensure we are fast in renegotiating their needs, when they need them.

Support - Each IB has their own allocated account manager, to ensure that they are up-to-speed on their partners needs, as well as preempting opportunities on the horizon and helping the IB to make the most of them. They are also available to certify that the needs of the IBs referred clients are consecutively and appropriately being met to ensure the most seamless trading journey.

Trust - One of our mottos is that ‘Trust is Earned, not Given’, this does not only apply to our clients but also to our partners. They need to ensure that the clients they bring, have the best experience possible. For example, many brokers promote true STP trading, however with our ADGM licensing there are no half measures on this, and this is a fact. So all trading is entirely transparent, which inturn means our partner commissions are fully transparent, offering only what’s best for the trader.
