Business Development / Sales

Responsible for the overall direction and control of the Sales function of the ADGM based company. It comprises the following activities (but is not limited to) Training new and existing sales people, reviewing sales team activities, reviewing competitor activity and pricing, attracting High Net Worth clients and introducers to the firm and work closely with the Marketing team on campaigns.


Reporting to: CEO

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Sales Management experience required (3+ years)
  • GCC resident
  • Ability to successfully coach and develop team members
  • Deep knowledge and experience of FX and CFD products and platforms
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently
  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral, is necessary
  • Arabic would be an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Direct Sales to HNW and intermediaries
  • Originates new Professional customers for the firm
  • Recruits new Intermediaries
  • Assist in forming policies & procedure for operation and operational risk management
  • Drives the sales strategy and ensures delivery of clients and AUM
  • Trains and develops Sales team members
  • Supervises Sales team members
  • Reviews and reports on Sales performance
  • Ensures Sales team does comply with ADGM Rules and Regulations
  • Campaign management, market analysis and other
  • Ensure with Marketing that campaigns are successful
  • Reviews and updates the rest of the management team about the competition
  • Reviews the firms pricing as a part of the management team
  • Runs seminars for prospects and clients
  • Attends trade shows

Compliance & MLRO Officer

The Compliance Officer/Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) is responsible for providing regulatory support to ensure that the required levels of adherence to current financial services, AML and compliance regulations are consistently met.


Reporting to: CEO

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Legal
  • 5+ years of professional compliance and AML experience in a comparable function ideally
  • DFSA or FSRA Regulated entities
  • Good knowledge of brokerage business and regulations
  • UAE resident
  • Attention to details

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Devising a robust risk-based written Compliance Monitoring Program and AML procedure
  • Working to develop an effective compliance training program, performing internal investigations
  • To oversee and review the company's compliance procedures to ensure that the company meets the requirements of Regulated authority, to prevent or deal with violations of Regulated authority, legal guidelines and internal policies
  • Responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct or Ethics
  • Acting as an independent review and evaluation body for compliance matters
  • Following up on external and internal audit reports
  • Maintaining and updating the Compliance Department’s Policies and Procedures Manual
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
  • Acting as the point of contact within the Firm for competent UAE authorities and the FSRA regarding money laundering issues
  • Establishing SAR procedures and arranging for the maintenance of copies of all underlying documentation. Co-coordinating investigations into potentially suspicious activity reporting (SAR) filings to senior management or other supervisory personnel
  • Submitting SAR to FID and sending corresponding copies to the FSRA
  • Receiving and action upon any relevant government, regulatory and international findings, recommendations, guidance, directives, resolutions, Sanctions, notices or other conclusions
  • Take reasonable steps to establish and maintain an appropriate money laundering training program and adequate arrangements
  • Identifying appropriate instances to perform enhanced due diligence on potential clients
  • Periodically update the Board relating to AML and other regulatory matters
  • Review of Account Opening / Client On-boarding / KYC Documents at initiation and ongoing basis
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate

IT Support / MT5 Admin


Reporting to: CEO

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in IT or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably Forex industry
  • Experience with Windows/Linux scripting language will be considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge in SQL queries will be considered as an advantage
  • Experienced handling Meta Trader Server Administration
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently
  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral, is Necessary

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Install and configure MT4 / MT5 Servers
  • Responsibility for the continuous operation and running of the MT4/ MT5 system
  • Setup and maintenance of new and existing instruments
  • Troubleshoot system issues, manage system upgrades, document processes and provide technical support for users
  • Monitor system performance, availability, backup/restore and continuity of trading platforms, systems & software
  • Supervise and collaborate with all outsource companies in direct relation to the trading platforms, systems and software
  • Perform routine audits of trading platform systems and software
  • Perform periodic health and performance checks of all trading platforms and systems

Finance Officer

Responsible for the overall direction and control of the Finance function of the ADGM based brokerage company. It includes Account Payables, Finance Administration, Regulatory Reporting, Tax Reporting, Internal Reporting, and Financial Planning.


Reporting to: CEO

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree educated, preferably CPA or CMA
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar function preferably in the UAE
  • UAE resident
  • Good knowledge of brokerage business and regulations
  • Attention to details and analytical skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable and Finance Administration including development of systems, controls and policies
  • Bank account management and reconciliation
  • Company accounts management
  • Expense management and control
  • Regularly reviews expenses and suggests optimization
  • Works with the rest of the management team on the Budget and Forecasts
  • Reports on capital adequacy and financial position
  • Helps evaluate new pricing models and initiatives from a financial perspective
  • Supervises and implements Payroll process
  • Ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting
  • Manage monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Ensure correct tax reporting
  • Works with external audit to ensure up to date and correct accounts are prepared
  • Works with internal audit to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
